1/2 cup creamy tehini
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1¼ cup almond flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and use a spatula to combine well.
Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts or any add ons.
Form balls the size of small golf balls, then roll and coat in sesame seeds.
Place on parchment lined sheet pan.
Press the dough down gently with the palm of hand.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies starts to turn golden
