Hot Honey and Za’atar Feta

Hot Honey

1 clover or wildflower honey

2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

3 tsp apple cider vinegar

Warm the honey, pepper flakes and vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Stir to combine and allow the honey to melt. Do not bring to a boil.

Pour the honey through a mesh into a glass jar.

1/2 lb feta cheese, cut into thin rectangles

1/2 bunch Italian parsley, roughly chopped

1 cup roasted almonds

3 tablespoons hot honey

1 tbsp za’atar

Place the feta on a serving dish. Toss the parsley and almonds around the cheese.

Drizzle with hot honey.

Sprinkle with za’atar.

Serve with crusty bread or savory crackers
