Burmuelos
2 cups matzah Farfel
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan optional)
1/2 cup crumbled feta
Pepper to taste
Soak matzah farfel in water for two minutes. Squeeze out water. In a large bowl whisk eggs add all ingredients and farfel and combine. Drop big spoonfuls into hot oil and fry til golden and flip to the other side. Serve with sour cream and honey.
