2 pound turkey breast, washed and dried
1 large onion, cut into wedges
Two peaches cut into wedges
2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch chunks
1/3 cup avocado or canola oil
1 tablespoon Silan or honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place turkey breast skin side up in an oven proof baking dish and arrange onion peach and celery around it.
Drizzle oil and honey over the breast.
Sprinkle paprika, turmeric, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the breast.
Place baking dish into oven for 20 minutes, Then remove from oven and covered tightly.
Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for one hour or until juices run clear.
Let rest for 10 minutes, then carve into thin slices.
