Chreime
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red pepper, sliced
2 jalapeños, whole
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 14 ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons harissa
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt & fresh ground black pepper
Sauté red pepper, jalapeños, garlic and spices.
Add tomatoes, sauté another 2 minutes
Add tomato sauce, harissa and salt and pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fish and cover pot.
Simmer on low for 30-45 minutes
