Meatballs
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
Salt and pepper

Combine all the ingredients and form into meatballs

Stew
1 pinch of saffron
1 cup water
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 small potatoes, peeled and diced
Salt & pepper
1 cup cilantro, for garnish 

Soak saffron in water
Caramelize onions in olive oil. Add meatballs to onions and simmer. Add potatoes and saffron water, cover and cook til tender. You may need to add additional water. 
Salt pepper and cilantro. If You love cumin sprinkle some on top.
