SEVILLE ORANGE CHICKENJuice of 1 orange 1/2 cup Seville orange marmalade 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces Orange slices for garnishPreheat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine first eight ingredients and mix well.Arrange chicken pieces, skin-side up in a baking dish.Pour sauce to coat chicken and let sit 30 minutes.Bake 1 hour.Lower heat to 300 degrees and bake additional 45 minutes.Serves 4-6.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
