Sweet Chili Spiced Salmon Spice Rub
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 lb salmon, skin on
1 lemon, juiced
Preheat oven to broil.
Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil onto a baking sheet or ovenproof dish.
Place fish on the dish and pour lemon juice over the fish.
Pour remaining oil on the the fish, then sprinkle spice rub on the fish.
Broil for 5 minutes, then bake at 425°F for another 10-15 minutes.
