Ahi Tuna Wonton
1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna
1 package wonton wrappers
Oil for frying
Or Tortilla Chips
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 inch fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Fresh ground black pepper
Garnish
1 ripe avocado, diced
3 stalks green scallions, finely sliced
Micro greens
Prepare marinade in a medium bowl.Slice tuna into thin slices and place in the marinade.
Let sit for 15 minutes
Place on fried wontons or tortilla chips.
Top with avocado, scallions and micro greens.
